At Kona Computer Techs, we have a very different philosophy.
1) Offering a 100% free diagnosis of your computer, software,
hardware or network problem, suggesting accurate advice on what's
wrong, and the correct way to fix it.
2) Options! If we determine you need more than a band-aid, but
you don't want to invest to fix it properly, we'll provide you
contact information for the other guys. Computers and Equipment
are very complex beasts! Choosing the least expensive way out
will most certainly cause you continued grief.
3) Junior techs? No way! We provide experienced senior level
technicians, that have been around the block many times. Our
people are well versed in a vast array of hardware, software,
and networking systems. Website updates and development, operating
systems, procedures, protocols, and above all else - always
providing our friendly Aloha Spirit on every visit!
